Head-India B2B Sales
GrowthPal is a funded startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space for small to mid sized deals globally. We are disrupting deal sourcing via tech, team and network. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can lead, take ownership of tasks and wear multiple hats across roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Owning the Indian market- from identifying prospects, conducting marketing activities, building and nurturing relationships, selling, and closing deals
2) Engaging with CEO, CFO and Director / Head Corp devs, and decision makers at prospective companies, understanding their problems and following a consultative sales process
3) Managing a team of people and tools for getting inbound and outbound leads
4) Conducting events and webinars to continuously nurturing prospects
5) Strategizing paid ads and content to increase brand awareness
6) Coordinating with the IB team to meet customer expectations
7) Providing consistent feedback to product and marketing team
Skills & Requirements:
1) Proven work experience of at least 2 years in selling SaaS /financial products to CFOs, Corp Dev, CEOs and CXOa
2) Excellent clarity in communication
3) Ability to do demos and great presentations using remote online meetings / webinars
4) Ability to quickly build rapport and take deals to closure
5) Consultative approach to successfully close complex sales deals
6) Prior track record of meeting / exceeding quota
