Responsibilities :

- Work strategically with the CEO's Office & Head of Corporate Finance to create and execute fundraising strategies for equity fundraising

- Preparation of financial models, investment pitches, and presentations for private equity Investors

- Independently lead discussions with potential investors such as Private Equity, Venture Capital Funds, to raise equity capital

- Represent the company, at various investor forums to meet existing and build new relationships with potential investors

- Develop and manage long-term relations with the Company's existing stakeholders

- Support the management team in the preparation and execution of inbound and outbound transactions

- Manage investor database and enhance investor engagement and relations

Requirements and skills :

- Candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in equity fundraising for an NBFC/Fintech or at an Investment Bank and has worked on fundraising for NBFC transactions

- Strong connections and experience in equity fundraising from Private Equity/ Venture Capital firms along with networking skills

- Ability to create powerful storylines and convert them into PowerPoint slides

- Strong deal execution experience including structuring, regulatory compliances

- Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by PE and VC investors

- Self-motivated to start the function from scratch, highly motivated, and able to work independently

- Strong preference for the person who has experience in multiple deals of equity fundraising in the NBFC/BFSI sector

- Proven ability to develop and present investor materials (both in written form and in-person presentations), build new relationships and account manage existing relationships

- Preference would be given to candidates who can join immediately or with very short notice periods

- MBA and or CA

- CFA not required but would be a plus
