Growth Source Financial Technologies - Product Manager

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management of consumer facing products

- Around 3 years in series C or Series D startups

- Experience of working in Fintech - lending fintechs preferred

- Should have done coding for atleast 2 years

Technical Knowledge :

- Good at Wireframing and Designing customer journey

- Works closely with UX designer to create a top of line acquisition and engagement journey

- Understanding of lending workflows - Acquisition, Documentation, Credit evaluation, Fulfilment, collections and risk

- Understanding of LOS and LMS systems available in the market

- Understanding of Micro services architecture

- Strong SQL Query writing skills

- Knowledge of some of the following services on AWS - EC2, lamda, RDS, api gateways, Kafka, Redshift

- One of the following languages Python, Java. Understanding of developing web api using flask or django

- Working knowledge of Workflow tools such as JBPM or Activiti

- Rule engine based on redhat drools or similar open source systems

- Experience of working on calling software such as - exotel,cloud talk or similar

- Knowledge of external apis such as perfios, karza, multibureau connector

- Understanding of collaboration software such as confluence, jira

- Embibes agile way of software development
