Growth Source Financial Technologies - Product Manager

1. Come up with product ideas, doing product discovery to identify the right opportunities

2. You speak the language of engineers and are comfortable engaging in high-level technical discussions

3. Follow Agile principles and be comfortable with tools like Jira, Trello, Designing documents, and PRD

4. Understanding Data Platforms and Analytics is a plus

5. Min 3 years of experience working in a loop with the Technical Team

6. Capability to track key business metrics and monitor the impact of deviations from the planned benchmarks
