Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identify investors/lenders and originate fundraising process
2. Preparing loan proposals and Credit Monitoring Arrangement data (CMA) for term loan/cash credit lines/ECBs/NCDs/Tier-II Capital/off-balance sheet funding and other instruments
3. Ensure completeness and accuracy of information before sharing with investors/lenders
4. Drive legal negotiation/documentation with funding counterparties
5. Structuring and executing various structured finance deals including securitization
6. Dealing in money market / capital market instruments
7. Debt/Liability management for the Company
8. Handling credit rating exercise
9. Relationship management with other external parties such as rating agencies/ trustees/lawyers etc.
10. Handling financial due-diligence and interfacing with investment bankers/due-diligence firm/investors for any proposed equity investments
11. Enabling automation of treasury operations
12. Ensuring best practice treasury controls are in place and are in compliance with the regulatory guidelines
13. Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to investors/lenders/other stakeholders
14. Covenant tracking for various lenders
15. Preparing various MIS reports for the Management
16. Experience of managing a team of finance professionals

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Qualification
MBA/CA
Years of experience Minimum 7-9 Years
