About the role : - Person will be responsible for driving overall Company's growth across B2B - will own revenue number for company - Will work closely with central growth, business & medical teams to formulate growth strategy & new initiatives - Managed & drive timely execution of all initiatives - ranging from BTL activities to digital marketing to marketing activities to B2B tie-ups What are we looking for : - Individuals with passion about healthcare and changing the face of it in India - Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment - Love for problem solving & impact orientation - Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely - Understanding of growth channels - e.g. digital marketing, BTL/ATL activation, brand building. - Experience in driving B2B sale/tie-ups will be a plus - 4+ yrs of work-experience post MBA
