Growth Product Manager - SaaS

FutureLeap Search is mandated to hire a Growth Product Manager for a Series C funded Saas Company. The ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of product growth strategies to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of product management, marketing, data analysis, and creativity to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead the development and implementation of growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

2.Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

3.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify areas for growth.

4.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and optimize performance.

5.Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features, user experience, and conversion funnels.

6.Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth optimization.

7.Drive continuous improvement through iteration, experimentation, and learning to maximize product growth and performance.

8.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth hacking and product management.

Qualifications:

1.Minimum 3 years of experience as a product manager in a tech-focused company.

2.Strong coding background: Either work experience as a software developer/programmer or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT with a strong academic record.

3.Proven ability in experimentation and complex integrations.

4.Experience managing a high-traffic website as a product (highly preferred).

5.Self-driven, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

6.Ability to work effectively across functions and teams to achieve common goals
