It aspires to be at the center of the change happening in India by giving access to information (about jobs, government schemes, community, etc) and wants to serve 700 million Indian users by 2022. Your Responsibilities : - Identify levers and opportunities using which the company can grow its user base, increase sales and improve engagement - Build, measure and learn by deploying experiments on all fronts to ensure growth - Identify what works and what doesn't and scale up/down experiments accordingly - Develop a deep understanding of customers and engagement loops - Participate in tactical sales or marketing initiatives - Over time, build growth machinery and systematized approach to drive growth through product - Strengthen capabilities in key areas such as ASO/SEO/Content/Referral Apply If: - You have 2+ years of relevant work experience in a B2C setup - You have a solid growth toolkit and competencies across product management, analytics, marketing, and cross-functional collaboration - You have a strong understanding of hypothesis-driven and data-backed experimentation - You have a proven track record in driving impactful changes through experimentation - You have a deep understanding of entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention - You can thrive in a fast-paced or startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
