Growth Product Manager - EdTech

Job Description:

It is seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead key growth initiatives such as conversion revenue optimization of our marketing platform, search engine optimization, and referrals. You will drive growth planning, prioritization, and execution. This is a full-time role in our Mumbai Office.

You will:

- Identifying customer needs, developing strategies to meet customer demands, working with engineering and business functions to launch features and deliver data-driven solutions by leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle and ensuring client-centric thought.

- Own development of your product roadmap through great communication with stakeholders.

- Lead critical growth initiatives that drive business impact through measurable results.

- Define KPIs and OKRs for your initiatives.

- Conduct user research, produce specifications, and partner with the design and engineering teams.

- Conceptualise and build new products for increasing visitor conversion.

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of growth, product management, analyst or software engineering experience.

-Experience in App based product or video/audio streaming.

- Experience prioritizing, spec-ing, implementing, and analysing growth experiments.

- Experience driving growth wins at consumer mobile/web organizations.
