- Serve as the Web Analytics expert and cross train team as appropriate on the use of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Run campaigns across different channels (Facebook, Twitter, PPC) and report which channels are most effective at customer acquisition.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data sources to understand visitor behaviour and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create and interpret recurring reports on website performance including long-term traffic trends, audience segments, social/mobile user experience, and the results of online marketing initiatives.
- Create campaign performance reports and provide analysis to project stakeholders. Tag/tracking pixel deployment and management using a tag management tool.
- Measure the effectiveness of website features by leveraging analytics and A/B multivariate testing to refine performance over time.
- Participate in KPI development and monitoring; develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies.
- Gather and interpret behavioral data to identify and provide opportunities to improve ROI. Follow digital media trends and make recommendations for improvements based on current trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize digital experiences and help drive improvements to business performance.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast paced environment, respond quickly to changing business needs, maintain attention to detail, and complete quality projects on time.
- Be comfortable with and excel at managing multiple channels of varying scale and tight timelines at once.

Desired Candidate Background and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, marketing, sales or equivalent practical experience, online marketing and data analysis in the digital space.
- Knowledge of digital analytic and testing tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Kiss metrics, Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), etc.
- Knowledge of Hub Spot and WordPress.
- Strong interest in usability testing, great conceptual thinking and ideation skills;passion for brainstorming ideas, sketching concepts and connecting pieces to solve real consumer problems.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.Basic understanding of common web technologies (HTML, jQuery/JavaScript, CSS, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to clearly articulate measurement strategies and tactics.
- High attention to detail; enjoys data oriented research. Punctual and organized nature, helping the team meet timelines efficiently and with quality products.
- Proven leadership track record and proven strategic thinker.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills including experience with product launches and website/mobile adoption.
