Hiring Growth Marketing Manager for India's first vernacular B2B Grocery e-commerce platform


Job Position - Growth Marketing Manager


Location - Navi Mumbai


Activities that are a part of the Role:

Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, youtube etc.

- This includes posts, stories, videos, and graphics.

Community Management:

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media channels promptly and professionally.

- Foster a positive and engaging community around the brand.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

- This involves setting objectives, targeting the right audience, creating ad creatives, and monitoring performance metrics.

Influencer Marketing:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers and bloggers in the food and lifestyle niche to promote Khetika.

- Manage relationships and track the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, conversion rate, and ROI of social media activities.

- Use analytics tools to track performance and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

User-generated Content (UGC) Campaigns:

- Encourage customers to share their experiences with khetika through user-generated content such as reviews, testimonials, and photos.

- Repurpose UGC in marketing campaigns to build trust and authenticity.

Social Listening:

- Monitor conversations and trends related to grocery shopping, food, and online shopping in general.

- Use insights gained from social listening to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints.

Stay Updated with Trends:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in social media marketing, e-commerce, and the grocery industry.

- Experiment with new features and formats on social media platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
