Our client is one of the fastest growing Consumer Appliance companies and are market leaders in their line of business with an ever increasing domestic & international footprint. They are looking to connect with professionals having an experience of leading the Growth Marketing function to cover all channels incl. Facebook, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The role will be based in Mumbai.

Description :

Reporting to the CMO, the person will

- Build and lead the Growth Marketing team for all the channels - Facebook, Google, Amazon, Flipkart & others

- Create the overall Media Strategy and drive the execution of the plan while working with external partners. This will include all types of media, and individual is expected to have control on the monthly spends

- Provide leadership and direction setting to the pre-sales team to drive customer conversion and upsell. This will be a critical vertical to increase cross-selling as business is getting into multiple new categories

- Completely own the entire UI/UX for the D2C website.

- Build/revamp the entire relevant Mar Tech Stack including CRM, Marketing Automation, and CDP

Profile :

Professionals with at least 6-8 years of overall post-qualification experience and at least 3-4 years in Growth Marketing. Experience of doing this role in a product-based/e-Commerce set ups and an exposure of handling performance marketing and marketing automation initiatives would be great to have. The candidate should have an experience in organisations of scale, or seen ecosystems scaling up and will be responsible to set up the team construct.
