Our client is a Pune-based well-funded SaaS start-up. The company is building an AI-powered revenue optimization platform for eCommerce brands. Their GTM is focused on mid-market eCommerce/D2C brands in the United States and will be focused on Product-Led Sales motions to acquire and close customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads and convert to Prospects
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute lead generation and enrichment campaigns using first principles to deliver, target, and drive direct revenue for the business
- Utilize database marketing/email, social media campaigns, web (inbound), SEO.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach the target audience through channels
- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the improvement of campaigns and future marketing strategies
- Plan, Execute, Measure, Automate, and scale experiments and conversion tests.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, and optimize customer funnels.
- Marketing Strategy, Brand and Content development
- Brainstorm efficient and creative strategies for building a memorable brand.
- Design, build, and maintain our web and social media presence and get the right target segment buyers as fast as possible
- Generate bite-sized and customer-relevant easily consumed content that makes complex, abstract, and technical topics easy to understand - Building a range of compelling assets and artifacts (Videos, Social Media Ads, Blog Posts, Case Studies) that crisply articulate our value.
- Brainstorm new and creative organic growth strategies. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Develop a good understanding of ever-evolving industry trends and customer perspectives, and optimize spend and digital performance based on these insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role within B2B SaaS start-ups working in Data Analytics or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills by using tools like MoEngage, Pipedrive, Apollo, and Google Analytics. Use these skills to make websites better, understand conversions, and create effective sales paths.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms
- Stay open-minded, curious, and goal-oriented.
- Someone who likes solving problems and never gives up on making things better.
- Knowledgeable about marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Regularly talk with stakeholders about email campaign performance. Also, give suggestions on how to improve our audience and overall performance.
