Growth Manager - SME Lending
Company : A leading Fintech arm of a large group
Context & Role Summary :One of the most, critical needs for Emerging Businesses to grow effectively to realize their potential is access to affordable financing & efficiently managing their finances & transactions. Multiple instruments can be utilized in this space - from credit cards to business loans to cashflow-based lending among others. Despite there being several players in the B2B financing & financial management space, the potential for addressing these needs remains immense.
Roles and Responsibilities : 1. As a Growth Manager for lending, you will be responsible for supporting the Growth Head for direct lending - focusing on (but not limited to) Business Loans, Credit Cards and BNPL.
2. The role entails supporting / leading the regional setup of the sales and channel teams for topline growth & robust book building.
3. The Growth Manager will setup and manage relevant channels like DSA / CA / DST within his / her region to ensure appropriate scaling up of business volumes as per annual and monthly operating plans.
4. The Growth Manager will be the SPOC for coordinating, training, tracking and supporting the regional sales team to contribute to targets.
Other Main Responsibilities : 1. Ownership of revenue targets for own region / product line
2. Setting up strong channels within region / product line
3. Developing and delivering monthly and annual revenue
4. Channel development & management (CAs and DSAs), customer segmentation & potential-based selling.
5. Collaborate with nexarc regional sales stakeholders
Desired Experience : 4-5 years' experience in sales/ Growth/ business teams, preferably in bank / NBFC / fintech specifically on B2B lending products (MSME, not enterprise). Strong connect with regional DSAs preferred
