Responsibilities:
Phase 1 - Launch Strategy
- Research, meet with prospective agencies and partners in SEA and create an opinion and plan on the launch strategy
- Develop strategic and monetization partnerships with local agencies & payment partners to prepare ourselves for the timely launch
- Closely work with tech, product & marketing for product localization and readiness
Phase 2 (Post-Launch) - Revenue Operations
- Formalizing the company's strategic-planning processes. Planning for AOP and strategizing on achieving revenue numbers and their growth
- Develop the mid to long term strategy - portfolio view, category wise growth strategy, identifying local opportunities to scale up, etc.
- Responsible to optimize revenues and business health for the region - revenue, margins, pricing & promotions, discounts, weekly and monthly analysis and reporting
- Lead projects with cross functional stakeholders around growth and profitability
- Collaborative Partnership - Liasoning with all stakeholders including marketing, product, tech internally as well as local external partners for the growth of category. High focus on growth strategy and execution
- Sound understanding of numbers and data. Data driven hypothesis and insights, identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on the core issues
- Use Data and solid 'Why' Analysis to improve the process parameters
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic commercial, highly analytical
- Proficient in market research and data analysis; should be able to provide strong business judgment/build hypothesis
Who can apply?
- 5+ years of related experience - business consulting, partners' handling, market launches / expansions, GTM strategies, revenue operations
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Business from a Tier1 school
- Preferred: Engagement Managers in tier 1 consulting houses who are proficient and have hands on experience in handling international partners, have worked on launch strategy projects creating GTM strategies
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Strong with numbers and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data
- Should have an eye for detail, analytical mindset - should be able to find out action areas, coordinate with internal teams and quickly execute
- Have the ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analysing experiments and sweating out the details
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a dynamic environment with attention to detail
- Standout colleague and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations
