Role : Growth Manager

Role Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional with 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the context of retail expansion, real estate, internet ecommerce, education and saas products. Growth Managers at Zolo create the expansion strategy, assess supply and demand availability, handle negotiations and ensure continuous supply creation. About the Role / Responsibilities :

The role of the Growth Manager would encompass the following :

- Understand Zolo's business model and be able to articulate the same during meetings with potential vendors and partners

- Plan and prioritise their activities during the day and be strategic in thinking to be able to achieve the monthly growth targets

- Build a rapport with the current builder / owner partners and generate referrals for other leads

- Be diligent about data recording, reporting and management

- Guide, mentor and train the new team members and help them in achieving their targets

- Experiment with new products based on market understanding, present on management and draw plans for a nationwide scale

Skills :

- Sharp, analytical and thoughtful

- Ability to build a rapport with new acquaintances

Desired Experience / Background :

- Prior Experience: Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Role : Growth Manager

- Languages: English is mandatory and fluency in local language is a plus

- Two Wheeler ownership with a valid license

Location & Compensation:

- Location: CHENNAI / BANGALORE

- Compensation: As per Market Standards
