Growth Manager - Revenue & Retention
Key Responsibilities :
- Own platform's monetisation and ensure that the business achieves its monetisation targets
- Work cross-functionally to build a thorough understanding of the conversion funnel, identify key marketing and content levers of the platform
- Identify and execute content-based marketing campaigns that may lead higher monetisation
- Work closely with category, product and user acquisition teams for delivering very high impact campaigns
- Drive analytics and strategy to increase ARPU from acquired users
- Retention/CLM/Product marketing- (Retention charter, co-own with product team, Events, moeanage cohorts, WhatsApp, SmS, IVR, loyal user gratifications etc)
- Co-own content's pricing and monetisation strategy to deliver highest conversions and ARPU
- Sharing feedback for product improvements; responsible for tangible growth goals; track, analyze and report on progress towards goals
- Help in building team capabilities around Marketing tech stack including Experimentation platform, Data platform and CRM platforms
- Develop new engagement programs, experiment aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the overall conversion levels of different user cohorts
What To Bring :
- Must have experience of growing platform's revenue via marketing, content and product interventions
- Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring
- 4+ years of experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail
- Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to lead with influence and work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams
- A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overall outcomes to the business at large
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree and MBA from Tier - 1 institute.
- 4 to 6 years of post-MBA experience across Growth/Revenue Strategy/Strategy Consulting/Corporate Strategy Team at digital consumer businesses
- Ability to build teams and scale rapidly
Language Proficiency: English & Hindi
