Profile Summary:  Growth Manager for North America region who will be based out of Mumbai. The overall objective for this role is to monitor & develop Agency partner's marketing & distribution strategies and implement plans that enable effective marketing of our product through our different channels of distribution and improve partner performance. And requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams and management. The Growth Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to control and monitor the facts in the market and figures on the screen. This role also will be responsible for exploring and developing new agency partners, as well as retaining existing agency partners.  Key Responsibilities:  - You will significantly contribute to strategy of execution by handling overall North America / South America region  - Managing National Mobile App. Business.  - Drive Growth objectives for entertainment mobile app.  - Manage Agency Partners in defined market geography i.e. rural, urban, semi urban areas.  - Provide product training to agency partners.  - Monitor execution & activity campaigns done by agencies.  - Need to travel in specified region to monitor the business.   - Guide or suggest agencies on creative ways of executing campaign  - Build and retain relationship with our agency partners.  - Work closely with product and engineering team to continuously improve ways to drive user growth.  - Data Analysis: Work with large amounts of data and prepare related MIS.  Skills Required:  - Self-motivated with a positive mindset. Ability to work independently, result oriented  - Passion for meeting new people and building relationships.  - Skills in strategic, focused and low-cost marketing  - Interested in field visits and real-time problem-solving skills.  - Good analytical skills,  - Good understanding of data,  - Should be open to travel as per job requirement.
