Job Responsibilities: - To lead all delivery brands including Cloud Kitchen brands for the client from the lens of marketing strategy, execution and analytics. - Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights - Shape and communicate our vision and mission of overall brands and see that they translate on delivery as well. - Influencer Marketing for all delivery brands to help drive visibility and awareness - 360-degree marketing including identifying unique platforms and opportunities for brand growth - Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies including creatives, packaging, marketing collaterals - Maintain brand hygiene and aesthetics on all delivery platforms - aggregators and direct - Coordinate and strategize with creative, PR, brand teams, operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely delivery of key KRAs - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities - Devise innovative pipeline - With culinary team and aggregators - To help lead the organisation's agenda on improving the direct ordering across the brands - be a part of the strategy and execute end to end. - To lead other strategic initiatives under the Growth team - Pricing analysis, strategy and monitoring across brands at a timely interval - Menu interventions, innovation for the firm - Consumer feedback across channels as well as consumer research Requirements and skills - Working experience as a brand/assistant brand manager - 2-4 years - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers - Outstanding communication skills - Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices - Degree in marketing or a related field
