We are looking for Growth Manager for Fin-tech product base company Location : Bangalore Experience : 4+ years Education: Engineering or Management Degree from IIT/IIM/NIT Requirement : - Own complete P&amp;L of the designated growth channels and formulate a data-driven growth strategy - Work closely with the channel teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to address the same, in terms of sustainable systems and processes, amidst dynamic business environment. - Work closely with channel team members in formulation and execution of strategy for their channels - Hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes - Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances - Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities - High levels of motivation, energy &amp; drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved - Hands on experience in a startup/own venture is a plus
