Growth Manager
Requirements :
- Acquiring new sellers through different channels and partnerships onto various programs and managing seller relationships by championing their needs
- Planning, Implementation & execution of Partnership/Marketing campaigns with coordination amongst multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- Strengthen the sales-led acquisition and retention model by managing key improvement initiatives to drive new relationship extensions by collaborating with business development and account management teams.
- Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business, and establishing long-term, successful partnerships.
- Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics.
- Lead the company's transition from sales-led retention to product-led retention and work on new product-led acquisition channels.
- Define business GTM roadmap through partners for existing and new product
launches
- Hiring, building, and developing the growth, business development, and accounts team
- The ideal candidate will be numbers-driven, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have the desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- He/she should have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. An understanding of, and passion for, e-commerce is highly desired.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree/P.G and 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic understanding of different growth and marketing channels
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
- Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
- Strong negotiator and is able to influence without authority & do stakeholder management.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
- Strong in Data Analytics & Deep dive
