Job Role In Brief -
- Conceptualizing, building, executing and analysing adoption and engagement marketing programs across all organic channels
- Understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to shape marketing and messaging
- Partnering with product and technology team to build a roadmap and executing projects that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers
- Identifying new partners, opportunities (special focus on smaller counters/partners)
- Responsible for Category Growth Trends.
- Design and execute user-driven growth campaigns.
- Use site analytics to plan and develop initiatives to improve engagement, maximize conversion, increase user retention percentage and achieve daily order targets.
- Analyze competitors on an ad hoc/seasonal basis identifying opportunities that may help improve the customer proposition
- Week over week review of analytics to ensure growth from previous period
- Define joint solutions, value propositions, and business models with individual partners that results in a positive return
