Job Brief:
We are looking for a Growth Manager who can help scale faster. The incumbent will play a critical role in reseller acquisition, engagement and growth. Working on - Discovering venues for growth, designing, and executing plans. This role also requires building relationships with internal & external partners to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth strategies (both online and offline) for acquiring new users(resellers) and retain current resellers
- Conduct quick experiments to validate hypotheses, and to arrive at data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams like product to drive user growth and get the right product mix
- Analyze reseller needs and come up with new user acquisition initiatives
- Lead user research competitor bench marking and guide the product road map.
- Have deep understanding of social media works and use them to leverage for growth.
Must-Have Skills
- 2 to 4 years- Experience in online growth marketing
- Experience in organic user growth methods
- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
- Strong collaboration, stake holder management and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to hustle
