We are hiring for Growth Manager for a renowned startup based in Bangalore. Job responsibilities:
- Own the marketing charter for growth perspective and collaborate closely with central teams to strategize and coordinate campaign executions.
- Devise innovative user growth strategies aligned with the category's vision and business goals to enhance the category's presence on and off the app.
- Identify demand levers by thoroughly understanding consumer behavior and develop offerings around it.
- Create and execute a robust performance marketing strategy and execution plan.
- Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
- Evaluate budgets and campaigns across various digital channels like performance marketing, SEM, social media marketing, etc., to ensure a strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Collaborate with the brand team to optimize all brand assets/creatives used across multiple performance channels.
- Identify user cohorts and run custom growth campaigns to drive user activation and reactivation.
- Collaborate closely with management, sharing funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and presenting results.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess their return on investment (ROI).
Skills and Experience - 2+ years of relevant experience in the consumer internet industry, specifically in similar roles encompassing Growth and Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of various online marketing channels, including Google AdWords, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Remarketing, FB & social media marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in campaign creation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ability to conduct A/B experiments for continuous improvement. Can draw insights from data and consumer conversations
