Growth Manager/AVP/VP - Marketing - Bank

Job Title: Growth Manager(Digital Lending) at AVP/VP Level

Location - BKC Mumbai

Note : Candidates preferred from E-Commerce. FinTech & Ed-Tech Orgs. Exp in Banking is not mandatory

He/She will be working with India's one of the fastest growing bank. The role will help sharpen entrepreneurial skills to help develop a business from scratch.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identifying growth opportunities for bank's consumer lending B2B, B2C digital products.

- Strategize and drive sales through alternate channels.

- Identify and build customer segments and use cases for small / medium ticket personal loans.

- Build programs based on identified use cases.

- Developing & executing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, drive product fulfillment and activation.

- Drive marketing and growth initiatives to attract prospects and conversions.

- Work closely with various teams for planning, executing and drive initiatives.

- Identify industry trends, conduct competitive analyses and market research.

- Designing UI/UX with product teams and experimenting with partners, social media, internal properties and measure business impact.

Requirements:

The person should be passionate, curious, innovative and results driven approach with problem solving attitude to thrive in startup environment and expert in executing strategies for business growth.

- Post graduate degree in marketing, strategy, business management or similar education streams.

- Skilled in using data, analytics and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.

- Skilled at web optimization, sales generation & conversion.

- Knowledge of various growth hacking tools, campaign monitoring tools, digital marketing tools.

- Minimum 6 - 10 years' experience with at least 2 - 3 years in a growth hacking role.

- Experience in BFSI experience is good to have, but not a mandatory requirement. Candidates are preferred from E-Commerce, FinTech & Ed-Tech Orgs.
