Growth Manager - AMC

As a Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to driving the growth of the D2C business .You will engage with internal stakeholders, meet growth goals, and accelerate the rate of adoption .

In this role, you will work with internal teams & external partners to enable investors to achieve their goals through investments made. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to align on key customer business objectives and lead creation of revenue growth & retention strategy, and execution. Understand the investor, understand the product and you can create magic.

This is an individual contributor role with potential to create large scale impact in the lives of our investors. Responsibilities include :

- Design & Execute programs that deliver growth in investments from existing investors and retain investments.

- Identify customer segments along with the analytics team & pitch appropriate investment products via channels such as email, call center, app, ads etc.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create communication & end to end fulfillment journeys that are simple & effective for investors.

- Run experiments, utilize data to analyze outcomes and take decisions

- Report metrics on a regular basis.

- Good understanding of the digital ecosystem and experience working with marketing.

- 5+ years of experience across sales & marketing - preferably in the fintech industry
