Growth Lead - Preschool Franchise Expansion

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Growth Lead to drive the business expansion of our preschool chain through the franchise model, with a focus on specific locations. As a crucial player in this mission, you will need to exhibit exceptional sales hunting skills and collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve organizational objectives. Your primary responsibility will be achieving targeted growth by successfully onboarding new franchise units within the designated timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

- GTL Plan (Go To Location): Develop and implement a robust Go-To-Location plan to identify and capitalize on opportunities for opening preschool franchise units in the assigned region/territory.

- City Profiling: Conduct thorough surveys of cities within the designated region, creating detailed city profiles to enhance market understanding and guide strategic decision-making.

- Prospecting: Leverage strong prospecting skills to identify and locate potential franchise prospects interested in establishing preschools within the assigned region.

- Business Presentation: Conduct engaging business presentations with potential franchise prospects, effectively communicating the benefits and opportunities of investing in and opening a franchise unit.

- Prospect Evaluation: Evaluate prospects based on financial and social criteria to determine their suitability and alignment with the brand's values for opening a franchise unit.

- Sales Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to the defined sales process, executing actions in accordance with the process to meet and exceed business targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in sales, particularly in franchise development or a related field.

- Exceptional sales hunting and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
