Growth Lead - Customer Acquisition

We are looking for Growth Lead to work with following skills sets;

Job Title: Growth Lead

Location: Gurgaon

Experience : 3-6 yrs

Responsibilities include -

- Develop a growth strategy for acquiring new users & activation for all business.

- Lead the surgical execution of the strategy with meticulous planning and continuous iteration with complete ownership of end execution through the team

- Work with creative agencies to design & develop targeted campaigns on-or-off app & web

- Define requirements for automation of push, email, and in-app interactions with customers for product managers

- Track and optimize all user funnels to continuously improve conversion rates, overall effectiveness of all marketing campaigns

- Share user insight gathered from owning acquisition campaigns with product designers & managers that help improve product experience and hence further drive down

- Identify new channels of growth, design experiments to test, develop models to set target from each channel & ensure is always aligned with modeled numbers & budget

- Develop GTM strategies that align to product roadmap to ensure continuous user engagement that aids retention

- Collaborate with Product & CRM teams to drive better cross-sell and retention

- Manage, mentor & grow the team members to deliver impact

Candidate Profile Essential -

- A self-starter and results-oriented, with an ability to be detail oriented without losing track of the big picture

- At least 4 years professional experience, specific to growth/customer acquisition and performance advertising

- Experience in handling annual performance advertising budgets of upwards of Rs. 2Cr a month will be a plus

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complexity into creative, intuitive campaigns

- Expert understanding of leading mobile & web analytics tools, marketing automation software & advertising technology in general
