Growth Head - New Business (B2C) - Our client - a 4W mobility company is looking to aggressively scale its user base through its fast- growing car subscriptions product, and through related new products that are currently being piloted. - The company has seen massive growth in these products after the lockdowns, is adequately capitalized, and is looking to onboard a young and dynamic individual to drive the growth agenda for these products. The role will lead to the acquisition of new users and improve the engagement of existing users through : - The launch and subsequent scale-up of new products and initiatives - Continued development and implementation of the growth toolkit for the existing subscriptions products - This person will work in close collaboration with the CEO in an execution-centric role. Responsibilities : - Craft/refine the value proposition, go-to-market strategy and long-term growth toolkit for these products, in a profitability-oriented context - Execute the above strategy and toolkit, including : a) Setting up the operational processes, b) Building the org, c) Delivering the growth plan and budgetary requirements - Develop deep knowledge of sales and distribution methodologies being used by other companies (in same/adjacent/unrelated spaces), define and execute the optimal sales and distribution strategy for the company - Manage the performance and health of the existing sales team for subscriptions product - Work as an individual contributor and as and when required, hire and build a high performing and motivated team Requirements : - Master's degree in business from top-tier business schools (India or abroad) - 3+ years of B2C sales or leading growth experience in high growth startups with above-average performance within the peer group - Some experience with a top tier Consulting firm will be highly preferred. - Experience in strategic and execution-oriented roles Skills : - Ability to think big while also defining and driving specific actions on an aggressive timeline - Exceptional business acumen, business development and sales experience, and cross-functional understanding - Lead when needed and do when needed; strong bias for action - Strong communication and decision-making - High energy, confident and capable self-starter; can operate with limited supervision - Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus - Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Location : Gurgaon. This role will require deep engagement with CXOs, and complete remote working will not be possible. Hence candidate is expected to be in Gurgaon from the beginning itself.
