- Lead our acquisition marketing strategy, tactics, planning and execution. He/she/they should be highly analytical, data driven and will seek to improve upon our key KPIs
- Design, manage and implement acquisition marketing strategy to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency
- Deliver against KPIs optimizing against customer lifetime value to meet annual forecast and goals
- Drive e-commerce Marketplace revenue
- Strategize and create marketing plans
- Drive customer acquisition
- Collect data and frameworks for marketing performance
- Drive retention and loyalty of customers
- Work with product teams for UI/UX optimization
- Work with development and product teams to ensure user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow
- Collaborate with customer retention team to develop new retention programs that will drive improvements in lifetime engagement
