Head of Growth | Well funded lending fintech company
As a Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving Strategic Expansion through Partnerships and Customer Engagement
What you will do:
- Collaborating closely with the company's platform partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to maximize mutual growth opportunities.
- Implementing direct remarketing strategies to engage and re-engage customers within the sales funnel.
- Analyzing customer behaviour and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize remarketing efforts and increase conversion rates.
- Working on converting customers who have approached the company directly, with a focus on delivering a seamless and compelling customer experience.
- Identifying and implementing effective conversion tactics, leveraging both traditional and innovative methods.
- Developing and executing comprehensive growth plans aligned with company objectives. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
- Working on converting customers who have approached the company directly, with a focus on delivering a seamless and compelling customer experience.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, ideally with a successful track record of driving business expansion.
- Strong background in partnership development and management, with a demonstrated ability to create and nurture successful collaborations.
- Experience in direct remarketing and customer conversion strategies.
- Pedigree of working with reputable companies or leading teams in growth-related functions.
- Lending experience is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal
teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented and proactive, with a keen understanding of key performance indicators and metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
