Growth Hacker - Supply Side  Duties and responsibilities  - Effectively use budgeted ATL and BTL strategies to build verified suppliers working under the banner of the company.  - Develop and manage end-to- end product supply chain  - Negotiation of key supplier agreements  - Supplier relationship management  - Implement strategy building, Performance Analytics for Supply Marketing Campaigns along with Product improvements  - Implement performance, quality of service, communication, SLAs, and operation policies with respect to suppliers- on-boarded for their app.  - Lead the expansion by building and optimizing the highly skilled work force qualitatively and quantitatively across Pan India.  - Manage virtual inventory and handle supply growth.  Qualifications and requirements -   - Must have been in a managing virtual inventory for 2-4 years  - Be able to build relationships with merchants across India  - Excellent communication skills, both internal and suppliers  - Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills  - High standards of excellence and attention to detail  - Having a start-up mind-set
