Job Summary :   The Growth Hacker role is responsible for acquiring merchants by studying market demand and density and devising plans for lead generation and acquisition of merchants through various channels.  Key Responsibilities :   - Acquiring merchants offline by assessing density in different areas.  - Executing interventions and planning events for merchants lead generation and direct acquisition  - Ensuring that enough buy-in is created in the prospective merchants mind to partner with us and run the company product.  - Identifying and partnering with agencies/in house for conducting BTL activities.  - Mapping demand potential different geographies in India  - Drive paid and non-paid campaigns to build monthly lead funnel for both the products   - Work closely with Brand team, Category Team and Product team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.  - Keep close watch on competition. Share best practices with the team  - Manage marketing budget for B2B campaigns  - Identify new channels to keep the lead funnel growing  - Share reports/insights on the channel performance with the respective stakeholders  - Ensure regular audit and reporting of all channels with the stakeholders  - Work closely with Category teams to ensure the calendar of activities is in syn  Experience Required: 2-4 years of Marketing/Growth Hacking for product companies  Qualifications: Preferable engineering graduates (PG will be an added advantage)  Skills Required:  - Strong communication, networking and persuasion capabilities  - Experience in handling FaceBook, Linkedin, Twitter for B2B brands  - Knowledge and hands-on exp in Google adwords, Google analytics, Remarketing,  - Display advertising, Programmatic, Affiliate networks and managing email campaigns.  - In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events  - Go-getter with a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box.  - Prior experience with start-ups highly desirable
