JD for Growth Role :
- We're looking for an experienced growth person who can drive new initiatives and help us in building new acquisition channels.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The person will be responsible for driving growth across channels - Marketing, Social media, viral product features etc.
- Will work closely with central growth, marketing, business & product teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives.
- Driving rapid user acquisition initiatives across different demographics.
- Development and execution of the launch campaign
- Working with the creative team to come up with localized, relevant creative routes and working with media partners to create the most impactful media mix.
- Planning and driving channel-wise growths and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Own & drive timely execution of all growth initiatives: SM marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation, B2B corporate tie-ups.
- Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones.
- Provide product acumen to better build suited offerings to customers.
Requirements :
- Preferably MBA or B.Tech from top tier colleges in the country.
- Minimum of 4 years of growth & marketing experience in eCommerce, logistics, content platforms, Consulting and/or start up organizations.
- Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
- Love for problem solving & impact orientation.
- Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders & steer groups towards common objectives/goals.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize marketing budget
- Strong analytics and quantitative skills
- Experience is hiring and managing a team and multiple agencies
- Ability to strategically plan, but also have hands on approach
