Key Responsibilities
- Utilize data analysis to evaluate the impact of various factors on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Utilize smart listening tools and techniques to gather data from various sources, including social media, customer reviews, and market research reports to predict and study market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Design, execute and analyze planned experiments across different channels to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Analyze the correlation between various inputs (such as marketing spend, campaigns, pricing, and promotions) and outputs (such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue) by improving attribution models of each input.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand their strategies, market positioning, and pricing.
- Analyze the repeat purchase rates of different products across various channels.
- Identify patterns and correlations to determine the most effective channels for promoting specific products.
Experience & Qualification
Mandatory:
- At least 5 years of experience in a growth or business intelligence function preferably in digital-first businesses.
- Proficient in data analysis. Hands-on with setting up data gathering.
- Good understanding of consumer and platform dynamics and correlation with business outcomes in the digital ecosystem.
- Strategic mindset with experience of working in a high growth environment.
Preferred:
- Pref MBA graduate with good academic record.
- Experience with data-visualization tools.
- Previous experience of having handled teams.
