OkCredit provides merchants with a simple and reliable means of keeping credit and payment records for their business carried out on a credit basis. It digitizes their transactions and records payment reducing the burden of maintaining and accounting paper account books. The ability to provide on-demand visibility of the merchant's record to the customers is possible for the first time. Job Responsibility : - Will work on analyzing the ROI on each channel used for acquiring customers - Should have worked with micro-businesses - Should be familiar with marketing tools - Create metrics to measure the effectiveness - Ability to run queries or build tools - Ability to benchmark the existing metrics against the industry Skill (Traits required to do the job) + Qualification : - Write SQL queries, familiarity of using a relational database, python scripting, use visualization tools - Understand, analyze and interpret data - Derive business outcomes from data - Ability to solve business problems using data - Good sense of UX and design - Communication - Ability to work with tech teams and getting the product developed/shipped - Should have worked with micro-businesses - Should have scaled the user base - Proven experience in using objective approach to adopting the right option - Identify new opportunities (translate the same into tech-enabled solution) - Fintech experience preferred.
