Growisto - Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager to help us with project delivery of our international and Indian customers. This is a client facing role with a lot of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for end to end delivery management of tech projects undertaken with multiple clients

- Will be responsible to develop detailed project plans outlining stages of development, resources required, budget, and timeline

- Will be responsible to identify potential project risks and devise contingency plans to mitigate those risks

- Be the custodian of functional & non-functional requirements of the projects undertaken

- Work directly with clients and consultants to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the internal team to develop the best solution

- Liaise with external and internal teams to act as the primary technical contact for queries related to the project

- Improve processes & methodologies to achieve faster and better delivery of project

- Work on internal projects (product and business intelligence projects) to achieve the goal of the respective team

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

- Monitor expenditures and provide budget forecasts to stakeholders.

- Actively work with sales team on pre-sales proposal activities & high level solutioning

- Take initiatives to set up processes in the company and be actively involved in hiring and building the future team

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the IT sector with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.

- MBA is preferred(preferably in Business Analytics, Operations or Marketing)

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications like PMP, CSM, etc preferred.

- Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
