Core Responsibilities : - Owner of entire HR and general administrative activities of the company - Responsible to create the best company culture at Growisto - Helping the company grow by hiring the best people while maintaining the company culture - Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company - Create and implement the best people oriented HR policies - Create company's brand as the best working place to learn and grow - Liaise with coaches and managers to develop training and growth plan of all employees - Build processes to highlight issues and address the grievances - Focus on employee engagement and retention Skills and Qualification : - 5-12 years of relevant experience - Prior experience of growing a team size by 250+ people - Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development - Excellent organizational skills - Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction
