Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and execute events, seminars, and webinars targeted at D2C startups to showcase our same-day delivery services and educate them on the benefits of utilizing our solutions.

2. Develop and manage a structured cohort-based program for startups, including curriculum design, mentorship coordination, and workshop facilitation, to support their growth journey.

3. Identify and forge strategic partnerships and collaborations with funded D2C startups, leveraging our services to address their logistical needs and create mutually beneficial opportunities.

4. Build and nurture relationships with startup founders, D2C VCs, industry experts, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders to establish our company as a valuable partner in the startup ecosystem.

5. Analyze data related to D2C startups, market trends, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities, recommend improvements, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, highlighting the benefits of our same-day delivery services for D2C startups.

7. Monitor the performance and progress of startups using our services, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

The ideal candidate will be numbers-driven, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have the desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. He/she should have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in growth management, business development, or a similar role towards.

2. Proven track record of successfully organizing events, seminars, or educational programs for startups.

3. Strong understanding of the D2C startup ecosystem, market dynamics, and the challenges they face.

4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.

5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and derive insights from complex data sets.

6. Proficiency in project management, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

7. Passion for fostering startup growth and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -

1. Past experience in leading SEO/SEM and paid marketing campaigns.

2. Understanding of growth models and levers.

3. Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
