Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prioritize target enterprise customers in various industries that require same day delivery services.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share within the enterprise segment.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.

4. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Articulate the value proposition of our same day delivery services and tailor it to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer.

6. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and differentiate our services from competitors.

7. Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to enterprise customers.

8. Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with enterprise customers.

- The ideal candidate will be numbers-driven, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.


- He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. An understanding of, and passion for, e-commerce is highly desired.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree & 3-4 years of relevant working experience in sales or related fields.

2. Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise-level solutions or services to companies with more than 1 Cr worth of Annual Contract Value(ACV).

3. Understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem, preferably with experience in logistics.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage & influence senior-level executives.

5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

6. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

7. Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

8. Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

2. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers".

3. Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

4. Experienced in marketing and data analytics.
