Associate Product Manager Responsibilities: 1. Own all Product Management aspects from conception and drive it through development, testing, acceptance, and adoption, and take ownership of post-launch metrics. 2. Evaluate complex systems, design experiments, and solutions & work closely to implement them. 3. Constantly work to improve the quality of the product, highlight breakpoints, design solutions for them, prioritize, and finally implement them. 4. Write clear and concise product requirement documents and evaluate user flows and designs for different features. Basic Skills: 1. Excellent problem structuring skills coupled with the use of data to build non-biased & data driven approach towards solution making. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others and strong analytical skills. 2. Solve user problems and work towards consumer delight by building robust product pipelines with strong data backing 3. Be innovative, street smart and frugal while building solutions 4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the company and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals 6. Own metrics and projects tagged to you and deliver results Preferred Skills: 1. Basic understanding of UX, wireframing, prototyping, and metrics tracking tools. 2. Relevant work experience in product management/analyst roles 3. Relevant experience in logistics and warehousing or e-commerce industries In depth knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis
