Position Title : Engineering Lead

- GrowIndigo is looking for an experienced engineering/Technology leader to build and manage digital product(s), it's database design and overall security of all digital assets.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, release, maintain and scale online software applications.

- Overall architectural, design and product delivery responsibility through a well structure and organized delivery process.

- Build and manage a development team of in-house engineers and external vendors to deliver the product.

- Develop innovative solutions based on product requirements and business challenges.

- Constantly evaluate adoption of new technologies for both Web/App.

- Ensure all code is suitable for automated unit testing and own code coverage

- Interact with all the stakeholders part of product to gather feedback & clarification

- Research and apply new technologies and industry-wide best practices in product development initiatives.

- Provide accurate task estimations & deliver quality code on time.

- Build a data warehouse needed to implement the architecture; including a thorough diagnosis of the existing and upcoming data systems on sanity, completeness

- Create a fluid, end-to-end vision for how data will flow through an organization

- Develop database solutions by designing proposed system; defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications

- Ensure best practices are followed to support data analytics and data modelling to drive project use-cases

- Successfully lead the design, development, implementation of a critical and complex part of an Application Security Tools and Services.

- Have a passion for delivering very robust, object oriented, modularized, zero defect, high performant code and be responsible for making sure the team's deliverables meet these expectations and timelines.

- Lead by example in producing high quality code with zero security vulnerabilities throughout the project SDLC.

- Comfortable working with teams from multiple domains and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full stack, Application Security, System Software and Security Analytics.

- Analyses trends, news and changes in threat and compliance environment with respect to organizational risk; advises organization management and develops and executes plans for compliance and mitigation of risk; performs risk and compliance self-assessments

- Manage the implementation process for assigned projects. Estimate work effort on a project

Technical Requirements:

- We are looking for someone with 6-10 years of solid full stack web architecture experience, including 3-4 years of hardcore coding experience.

- Be a deep subject matter expert with the Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIM, OAM) and SOA software stack

- Have significant integration experience as a software architect

- Be excellent in communication skills and empathy towards customers

- Be able to operate at an intermediate level of written and spoken communication

- Have analytical skills to derive and translate business level information into technical specifications and must be able to evaluate technology from a business and technical perspective

- Our back end architecture would be tied up with AWS, so familiarity with the AWS infrastructure would be desirable.

- Experience of relevant technology, particularly of building / developing marketplaces (e-commerce, consumer facing businesses) is a must.

- Thorough knowledge of DB Administration and query optimization techniques. Previous experience in DB management is mandatory.
