Key Responsibilities:

- The chosen individual will define the strategic roadmap for driving more than 70% of the company's marketing budgets through various digital platforms across web and mobile.

- He / She will define the product roadmap for all tools that enable marketing automation and improve efficiency of campaigns or analyze consumer behaviour

- He / She will lead all initiatives to define and improve funnel conversion from all paid and free digital channels including PPC, Display, SEO, DSP, Affiliates and more. This will include new customer acquisition and retention.

- Key deliverable will include growth in traffic, conversions, downloads and revenues from the online medium for respective categories

- Work closely with other functions - category management, marketing, business finance & customer platform to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

- Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on rigorous data analysis to further optimize ROI on spending

Requirements :

- Experience across multiple facets of marketing with vast majority of experience in digital marketing for consumer facing businesses with progressively increasing responsibilities and revenue goals

- Engineering / Product management experience around building marketing automation tools / digital marketing platforms

- Strong background in online display advertising / RTB, search engine marketing, affiliate, mobile and social media marketing, PPC and SEO

- Ability to influence change across multiple departments and leadership levels, and to manage conflicting priorities

- Strong analytical skills. Be able to sift through lot of data and derive actionable insights

- Business acumen - ability to understand drivers of business and align them to the channels

- A marketing bent - understands marketing principles, ability to understand consumers, work with insights and use them for business decision making

- Should be able to adapt to the e-commerce environment and build depth in each of the sub - functions of online marketing

The individual will be given all the opportunities possible to understand the business and details about the function for which he/she is selected. In return we want the individual to put their creative hats/thinking caps on and adopt an out of the box thought process.
