Role Summary :
Ensure minimum customer churn and maximum repeat purchase rate across mediums and platforms.
Job Description :
The ideal candidate will use extensive data analytics to understand user and customer behavior. Will identify leakage in funnels at various stages on mobile and web platforms. Will deep dive into behaviour flow & use variety of channels including digital remarketing, email, push notifications and SMS to reach out to customers at various stages within the lifecycle.
Will be a key member of the marketing team contributing to top line by increasing repeat customer purchases and to bottom line by ensuring that these customers are increasingly driven to the web and mobile platform through free channels.
Must Have Skills & Experience :
- 3+ Years in running large scale retention marketing programs
- Experience in handling large quantities of data
- Experience in using web and mobile analytical tools like Google analytics and mixpanel
- Statistical skills and use of tools like R and SPSS will be an added advantage
- Great communication skills to develop communication for various touch points and optimize them
Good to Have :
- Expert capability with data delivery and dash boarding tools: Excel, Tableau, Keynote, etc.
- MS in computer science, statistics, mathematics or other quantitative discipline.
