Responsibilities of the role: - Develop and advise on eCommerce marketing & campaign strategies for clients across the marketplaces, platforms and properties, in accordance with their brand goals and current trends. - Oversee market research to identify trends, benchmarks and best practices - Constantly raise the bar for GroupM's eCommerce practice by regular evaluation of our offering and adoption of best in class services, technology & processes. - Build strong relationships with key e-Commerce platforms in India- Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Blinkit etc Domain knowledge/hard skills: - At least 3-5 years' experience with an e-Commerce platform or an e-Commerce agency or a business for which the primary revenue stream is e-Commerce. - An appreciation of how to utilize data from attribution reports and other advanced performance analytics, and audience strategy, including standard solutions like Google Analytics, e-Commerce full-funnel marketplace solutions - Experience with in-store content development to optimize conversion to sale
