What your day job looks like at GroupM:
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition life cycle for all channels across geographies, with a strong focus on strategy, planning, driving fulfilment metrics and building world-class systems and processes.
- Provide leadership to the sourcing process across campus, volume, and niche hiring through all related channels of recruitment like an internal referral, job sites, media campaigns, and vendors.
- Continuously review, improve, and facilitate effective talent acquisition process yielding the best talent pipeline and efficient selection process to match current and future talent needs.
- Identify the skills and competencies required to support current and future business activities
- Utilise recruitment media, job fairs, and e-recruiting tools as required to attract qualified candidates and identifying different sources to find relevant pool to meet business requirement and help expedite the hiring process.
- Develop relationship with hiring managers, global teams, and leadership level and strategically develop hiring plan for the unit.
- Planning off and on campus hiring to help build internal pipeline for the unit based on business requirement.
- Competition mapping: Identify competition companies and gather key insights about their team structures and profiles
- Establish a strong collaborative mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Manage and training a team of Mid senior to junior recruiters supporting hiring for GroupM Nexus- Offshore global team.
- Develop and manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of your Talent acquisition team.
- Provide accurate, up to date and informative recruitment dashboard along with reporting of recruiting effectiveness (channel mix, cost of hire, quality of hire, etc.) for the Function.
- Partner closely with the stakeholders to understand the diversity and inclusion goals of the organisation and develop a talent acquisition road map to meet those goals.
- Proactive engagement with the relevant external talent pool to ensure seamless Succession planning.
- Proactive talent mapping to understand the construct of external talent on role mix, compensation levels, etc. And keep the TA team abreast of critical market developments.
- Ensure the internal tools and ATS are updated on real time bases for leadership and global team review.

Minimum qualifications & Skills needed:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience of leadership hiring is a must have.
- Ability to manage a high performing team of Talent specialists
- Prior experience in hiring for biddable media activation roles is required.
- Master's degree (HR) from a reputable university.
- Functional knowledge of excel is required.
