Group Vertical Head - Media Solutions

Job Description:

- As a key leadership role, reporting to the President & GM of India Operations, the Group Vertical Head manages a group of over 400 people consisting of the following domains:

- Ad (Display) Operations

- Search

- Media Review

- Reporting and Analytics

- Technology Services

The individual is responsible and accountable for managing the above functional verticals (practices) and coordinating resources and processes on several aspects of our services delivery such as, but not limited to  Delivery of all customer commitments and Service Levels with quality and on time

- Customer Relationship Management

- Participate in RFI/RFP process and act as the domain expert on sales calls as required

- Resource & People Management

- Performance Management

- Process Compliance

- Budget Management

As a part of the key think tank running the India operations, this individual will participate in and contribute to defining the overall strategy impacting overall organization across functional groups, in addition to his/her core areas of responsibility of client delivery by driving initiatives that deliver on the vision.

- Work together with the Managers and internal/external stakeholders

- Monitor performance of direct reports, conduct annual appraisals etc.

- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
