Key Responsibility Areas:
- Building talent pipelines for our current and future job openings
- Leading different sourcing strategies for our various business lines
- Managing our external partnerships with Recruitment Consultants, Job Boards and Colleges
- Implement internal/external employer branding activities
- Oversee all stages of the candidate experience from application to interview to final communication
- Monitor and measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire, etc
- Build a rich database of potential future hires from amongst past applicants and referred candidates
The suitable candidate must have:
1. 8 to 14 years of work experience
2. A Proven track record of both bulk hiring and hiring for senior/niche roles
3. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
