Qualification & Expereince :

Full-time MBA - tier I with 1 to 2 years of experience.

Full-time MBA - tier II with 1 to 6 years of experience.

Candidate Background : We can look at candidates with the minimum of 1 years 'of experience from any industry who are keen to build his/her professional career in Insurance as an industry.

Job Description :

- Engage with the top management of companies Large & medium Enterprises, public sector undertakings, MNC's etc, for outsourcing management of employee benefits of these organizations. To understand their current Benefit structure and pattern and accordingly pitch out product offering to them.

- Competition mapping

- Achieve both top and bottom line targets

- Relationship Management of assigned partners & territories, customer acquisition, deep mining existing business by interacting with CEO's/HR heads/Admin Heads of different organizations. Involves providing solutions (different group products/solutions/protection/funds). 

- Liaison internally with different departments to ideate and execute business solutions.
