Group Program Manager - People & Culture - eCommerce

About the Role:

The Group Program Manager (PgM) is part of the senior leadership group within Program Management function. In this role you will be the chief pilot responsible for implementing and operationalizing the people and culture (PAC) related programs across all the Gojek offices. You will serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to PAC senior leadership in assessing opportunities that are in line with the Gojek's vision and strategy. The role requires deep functional expertise and will play a critical part in driving operational rigor to grow programs for the people and culture team from inception to a scaled and stable execution.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, execute and deliver large scale organization transformation initiatives and programs

- Lead assessment of risks and opportunities related to the existing practices and drive for process improvements, that can optimize productivity

- Act as a thought leader to your team while overseeing the design of project execution plans in close collaboration with leads from multiple cross-functional teams

- View programs and roll-out through the lens of scaling on a global level by utilizing tools, roadmap, and processes

- Build stronger collaboration between our offices, help to reconcile country-specific operational differences and create flexible processes that can be adapted to each location

- Navigate a global, matrix-organization and while maintaining positive, authentic relationships

Experience

- Should have at least 10 years of experience in program and/or project management

- Strong program management skills to keep track of significant interdependencies in a complex project and ensure the business goals are achieved.

- Strong experience in managing, mentoring and supporting a team of program managers

- Strong track record of managing large-scale & complex program rollouts end to end

- Ability to quickly ramp up on new concepts to keep up with the dynamic environment

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding & information exchange across all stakeholders to creative and technical teams alike

- Strong experience in synthesizing data and providing analytics-driven insights
